The actress who is
fond of her homemade dabbas has said good bye to all that now. Instead she has
opted for a six-meals a day schedule of eating right. These six-meals include a
diet that’s high on protein, nuts, beans and salad.
Interestingly, the girl is
enjoying this diet. And why not if slimming down is her aim. Shraddha wants to
shed off more weight if that’s possible for the already petite actress. She has
hired a celebrity trainer and nutritionist and follows every word to the tee.
